Kai  Ora!

I’m Ariana, originally born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. I moved to the Gold Coast in 2010.

I’ve worked in hospitality since I was 13 years old and became a qualified chef in 2018. Growing up, baking was something my mum and I bonded over and thats where I grew my passion in creating masterpieces. I jumped at every opportunity to create cakes for close friends and family, including having the privilege to bake my amazing sister & brother-in-laws wedding cake in 2019, before I officially started up this beautiful business in 2020 after the arrival of my son Atticus.

Kaikai Cakery earned its unique name in honour of my eldest sister Kaira. Having my qualification in commercial cookery, definitely paved the way of having a deeper understanding in flavours, techniques and knowledge to provide all my incredible customers their custom designs.

I couldn’t have grown my business and knowledge without all the wonderful support & encouragement over the past four years. I am forever grateful for all the amazing people I have come across during this journey.
